Raewyn has a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accountancy and Management), is an accounting technician member for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Raewyn has 20 years of multidisciplinary senior management experience in both the private and public sector. She worked for the Whanganui District Health Board for 12 years in a variety of senior management roles, and prior to that worked as the finance manager at Warnock’s. She has worked in the justice sector in planning and reporting roles within the policy and ICT divisions, and has worked at the Deloitte accountancy firm. Raewyn has experience in corporate, public and private sector accountancy, and her areas of expertise include business development and reengineering, financial and management accounting and both change and project management. She has jointly established a number of businesses across a variety of industries, including the Sirdar Group.

Raewyn chose to be involved in the establishment of Sirdar Global because she recognized that small and medium business owners need support in order to grow and develop their enterprises. She is based in New Zealand at Sirdar Global where she fulfils the role of finance manager. Raewyn has a passion for supporting people and businesses to achieve better results through improved processes, and by challenging them to think outside the box.
